Similian and Surin islands

 

A trip full of adventures. Discover the paradise of Surin and Similan. Plenty of wild islands, desert spots, fishing, snorkeling, barbeques. Unic opportunity to sail on board of TIARE around such remote places.

80 miles away from Phuket, Similian and Surin are a gift for snorkeling and a fantastic place to get lost in time. You will be able to swim with 4mtrs fish. Observe leopard sharks, fabulous water landscapes full of colors and beauty in a complete silence.

At Surin we will meet “Mogi” people or “Sea Gypsies”, nomad sailor tribes who have been sailing these waters for decades. Collectors of sea shells, fisherman and during rainy season they establish in their provisional beach cabins. Fishing is big in this area. We will fill up the fridge  will kilos of tenguiri and tuna. During some days we will live in full contact with nature and enjoy the energy of this beautiful area.

 

South Thailand and Langkawi Achipelago

 

Day 1. Depart from Ao Chalong to Ko Khai Nok for swimming  and snorkeling in this island. After depart to Phi Phi arriving in the evening. Sail around the coast of Phi Phi Don and admire its fantastic rock formations. We will spend the night in Phi Phi bay where there are  variety of beach restaurants and bars where we can drink caipiriñas or piña colada while listening to the music.

Day 2. Depart at dawn to be able to see Maya Bay day breaking. Visit the island and snorkel. Fish in this area are very docile. After we will sail to Ko Lanta, and anchor along the coast.

Day 3. Sail to Ko Muc, visit Esmeralda Cave and sleep at Ko Kradan. Dinner at a lost paradise inside the jungle.

Day 4. Sail to Ko Rok Nok. Fantastic Natural Park. Incredible coral gardens, desert beaches with small Komodo dragons. We will spend the day in these islands and at evening we will hoist the sails and enjoy night sailing to Tarutao.

Day 5. Breakfast will be ready at Tarutao. We will explore the river, the beach, the jungle and the water falls. We will spend the night at  Waterfall Bay.

Day 7. Sailing to Pulau Langkawi in Malaysia. We will explore the south part of Pulau Daya Bunting. We will swim in “Lake of Pregnant Maiden” and we will sail by the west channel of the island to north Kuah. The night we will spend at Royal Langkawy Yacht Club Marina Kuah.

The last morning we will enter the harbor and unload.
